Khanyounis – The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution in association with Save Children Institution , implemented a training course for teenagers in Al Qarara and Khozaa , within the activities of the project " Remedial education and child protection within the participation of the local society " , which is funded by the Italian Cooperation .
This training aims at strengthening the teenagers' skills and and making them express their opinions and get their rights . The training is implemented by the Italian trainer " Dontila " .
The project coordinator , Raed Abu Saada , stated that this training divides into two stages , the first stage includes training 25 teenagers in Khozaa within 35 training hours and at the end of the stage , the teenagers will implement a video for 5 minutes expressing and demanding their rights .
About the second stage , it will include 25 teenagers in Al Qarara within 28 training hours and at the end of the stage the teenagers will design a game for the children to make them be aware of their rights .
It is worth mentioning that the teenagers will present what they implemented within a ceremony in Shohadaa Khozaa School with a presence of many civil community institutions , foreign institutions , the members of the local committee , the teachers and the parents .
