The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution in cooperation with the Ministry of Education , the department of Educational Guidance " began this day , morning a training course about " The low of motivation and academic delay treatment " within the child protection project in partnership with the united nations - UNICEF for 5 days . This training targeted the counselors of 55 schools in Gaza Strip governorates.
This training is to solve the problem of the low of motivation and the academic delay in addition to the psychological guidance for children .
The deputy director Mr. Eyad Abu Hujayer stated that this training is to help the counselor get the new in the guidance field that confirms the renewal and the continuity of education and helps in developing the teacher 's capacity in creating and developing his positive attitudes towards his job , taking in consideration the psychological and educational aspects of the students . The training focused on defining the problem and the methods of treating the low of motivation and the academic motivation , recognizing the role of the family, the teacher and the counselor in raising the motivation level , treating the academic delay and helping the counselors acquire the skill of group and individual guidance to treat the weakness of motivation and the academic delay of the students .
