The Middle – Yesterday , The Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflict Resolution ended the activities of the child protection team project in cooperation with the united nations UNICEF within a great festival including all the institutions participating in the project in addition to the schools .
The deputy director of the center Mr. Eyad Abu Hujayer opened the activities of the festival by thanking all who participated in the success of this work , concerning on the necessity of child protection in all the ways .
Then Mr. Ashraf Musalam introduced a word on behalf of all the institutions about the importance of Education and thanked the United Nations UNICEF and the center for helping the children to raise their educational level and supporting them psychologically .
The festival included several interesting paragraphs , songs , dabka and a play about the national unity .
More than 500 child whom they worked with within the project was targeted .
The middle province coordinator, Mrs. Fatema Al Jadeeli, stated that although this project was short , it showed good results on the educational and psychological sides .
The children expressed their happiness by participating in making and introducing several paragraphs in the festival also, the children were given gifts at the end of the festival .
